All hidden wrestlers:
Select "Edit Wrestler", then choose the "Name Entry" option. Enter ALL for "Nickname", CLEAR for "First Name", and WRESTLER for "Last Name". Then, set "Exchange" to "Off", "Middle" to "Space" (Square icon), and press Start. Press B until you return to the main menu. All wrestlers will now be unlocked.

Dick Murdoch:
In manager of the ring mode, go to "Talent Search". Choose "Strong" for the fighting style and "America" for the region.

D-Von and Bubba Ray Dudley:
In manager of the ring mode, go to "Talent Search". Choose "Any" for the fighting style and "America" for the region.

Dynamite Kid:
In manager of the ring mode, go to "Talent Search". Choose "Showmen" for the fighting style and "Europe" for the region.

In manager of the ring mode, go to "Talent Search". Choose "Strong" for the fighting style and "Japan" for the region.

Ultimo Dragon:
Play manager of the ring mode for five years with Toryumon. If you are Rank 1 overall, some time in your fifth year you will see a nurse screen. When you look in your roster, Ultimo Dragon will be unlocked.

William Regal:
In manager of the ring mode, go to "Talent Search". Choose "Any" for the fighting style and "Europe" for the region.

The King-Road-Style Title:
In manager of the ring mode, pick AJP as your federation. Sometime in you third year you will unlock Giant Baba and he will be holding the title.

The Showman-Style Title:
In manager of the ring mode, pick WCW as your federation. At the end of your second year, you will unlock Rick Flair and he will be holding the Showman title.
