After Sweet Tooth is defeated, save the game and watch your character's ending sequence. All of the Bosses, including Crusher, Moon Buggy, Super Thumper, RC Car, Super Axel, Super Slamm, Super Auger, Minion, and Sweet Tooth will now be unlocked. Bonus deathmatch levels: Successfully complete any tournament mode level, then save the game to a deathmatch mode level. Each completed tournament level will unlock a new deathmatch level. Use the password for "The Carnival" level. Complete that level and save the game. After you see the wish, start a deathmatch and all the new levels will be unlocked. Unlimited weapon: Use up all of your weapons except for the one to become unlimited. Then, use up that last weapon until you have none remaining. Then press Right, Left, Down(2) for the "Rear attack" special move. The last weapon fired will now be unlimited. Soundtrack: Place the game disc in an audio CD player and play track two to hear music by Rob Zombie, Cirrus, Cypress Hill, Skold, Goulspoon, One Minute Silence, and various voice overs. Play your own music: Start the game in tournament or death match modes. Press Start when the game begins. Remove the game disc and the game will freeze. Place the audio CD of your choice in the PlayStation to continue the game. Note: Do not replace the game disc with another PlayStation game. Press Start during game play. Replace the game disc with an audio CD of your choice. Wait for the PlayStation to load the CD. Resume game play to hear the music from the CD. Note that this will randomly select a song and the game disc must be replaced before changing levels. Set a Remote Bomb and a Freeze Bomb down and wait until Sweet Tooth gets on the tent. Freeze him, blow him up with remote bomb, then hit him with your special. If you get caught in his special in the process, just press Up, Up, Down, Down and you will usually break out of it. Press Up(2), Right to use the shield when the special attack hits you, then quickly run and attack Sweettooth with your best special. It is easier if you use Minion and Sweet Tooth to defeat him. Try using remote weapons by Freeze first, then Bomb. When caught in his special, put on your Shield or Hyperspace. His special will not find you if you are invisible. Utilize far away attacks, and stay near to places where you can get to health. If he hits you with his special, press Up(2), Down(2) to teleport. Also, utilize freezing. Hint: Defeating Slam and Auger: Try to get near a ledge or save many weapons. Push them off the ledge or destroy them away with weapons. Hint: Defeating the Construction Yard Boss: Simply stay away from his special attack. Hint: Defeating the Neon City Boss: His special attack is like Sweet Tooth's. Try hitting him with long range missiles and freezing him as much as possible. Hint: Defeating the Road Rage Boss: Just stay away from the front of his car where he shoots fire. Use a turbo if you are engulfed. Hint: Defeating the Oil Rig Bosses: Since they both have specials that can only hit you when you are in front of them, stay away from that side of them. If caught up in their special, use hyperspace by pressing Up(2), Down(2) to escape. They usually do not gang up on you if you focus on one at a time. Make them chase you to keep them apart. Hint: Defeating Minion: Use the hit and run tactic to defeat Minion without using the "God mode" or "Sweet Tooth" codes. Running is a big option, but if you like to ride instead, stay near (right next) to him. This will make it harder for him to hit you with his special. Stay to the side; because his tank is so big it takes a wide turns and will give you an opportunity to attack. Run when health is needed and always utilize freezing. Hint: Defeating various Bosses: Try saving your strongest weapons for the Boss fights. Use lightning and the MIRV or Rain2 missiles will do a lot of damage. Hint: Drive up walls: The Microblast car (and possibly others) can drive up walls. Aim your car at a wall, stand back a short distance, then turn on your turbo and jump at the wall. You should be able to drive up the wall. If not, try hitting the wall at an angle. You can reach a lot of secret areas in the game by doing this. Hint: Escape the fall to death: If Meter Maid strikes you or if you get hit by too many weapons and get thrown up into the air very high, press Up(2), Down(2) to escape falling to death. Note:Your energy bar needs to be at least half-way full. Hint: Drive by remote and freeze bombs: If you drive by a car that is not moving or moving slowly, plant a remote or freeze bomb next to it. Keep driving and detonate it a second later. You will not be harmed by the freeze or explosion. This is the most effective way to use the bombs. Hint: Proximity mine trap: Get the proximity mine power-up and place three of them in the same location. Reverse or teleport away. The next person to hit that location will be in a big surprise, as they will lose a lot of health and go flying. Note: Do not put more than three proximity mines there, or they will explode and damage you very badly. Another trick is to put the cluster of mines next to a gasoline tank. This will cause a big explosion. Hint: Secret area in Construction Yard: Get through the teleport on top of the buildings. Destroy the box sticking out of the ground to reveal a hole. Hint: Secret area in Neon city: Jump the ramp through the glass on top of the buildings. Blow out the left wall to reveal a bus stop. Hint: Secret area in Road Rage: Find a building close to one of the streets and blow away the barricade and glass. Hint: Secret area in The Bedroom: Destroy the boxes that are marked as gasoline. Hint: Secret area in Amazonia 3000 B.C.: Go to the magnetic jump closest to the semi-pyramid with the partial health. Try shooting Power Missiles at the walls to the left of the jump. This secret area consists of a full health pickup and a huge acid pile. Destroy the wall next to the green launch object. Hint: Secret area in Oil Rig: On the bottom-most floor, make a left at the walkway leading to the teleport. Destroy the fence-like objects in the building. Hint: Secret area in Minion's Maze: Near the middle of the level are four fences, all leading to the same place. Destroy those fences to find a basement with many extras. Hint: Secret area in The Carnival: Use a napalm or remote bomb by the door with the skeleton to destroy the floor. Follow it down into the ghost house, make a left, and keep going into the corner to reach a brick wall. Destroy it, head down the hallway, and destroy the next wall to get by the roller coaster. Facing the huge tent's entrance, go to the right to find a little box that is connected to the roller coaster. Destroy the floor near it to access a new secret area. This area can also be accessed by a brick wall in the tunnel leading to the ghost house. Hint: Getting on the tent in The Carnival: There are two ways to get on the tent. The first method is to go into the teleporter next to the building and aim for the tent. Then, using turbo, go off the ramp and onto the tent. The second method is to get to the roller coaster. Go to the location where the tent is near on the highest point. Then, just drive/turbo off. Hint: Mr. Grimm picture in Bedroom level: In Sweet Tooth's Bedroom level, you can see a picture of the old Mr. Grimm from Twisted Metal 3 on the wall. Hint: Riding the bus in Neon City: Jump into the glass by using the ramp. Then, shoot the wall on the left with missiles or your machine gun. You will find a small "bus stop". Stand there and wait until the bus drives by. The bus will hover you into the air. The bus will "drop you off" automatically. This area consists of a full health pickup and a lightning pickup. Hint: Neon City subway and roller coaster: Use Power Missiles to destroy the train that rides through the tunnels. When destroyed, you can get some more weapons. In the carnival, destroy the roller coaster to ride freely through. Failure to destroy these will cost you half or more of your energy. Instead of playing target practice with power missiles, which do not work unless the target is hit right, and risk taking the loss of half your life by getting hit one of them, plant at least one proximity mine in the path of the trains. However, if you want to make sure it is destroyed or if you just want to leave a surprise for another player, then leave three or four. Hint: Winning in Oil Rig: Stay in one area (a recommended location is near the only health pickup). Place Proximity Mines by the doorways and wait until cars enter. If possible, place a remote bomb that will push them off the edge and into an oily grave. You can use this strategy when fighting Super Auger and Super Slamm. If your are caught in their specials, use your Hyperspace and/or Shield. The jump to the health dropped off by the plane can only be reached by using turbos or one of the teleports. If you take the jump and miss it and start falling, quickly press Up(2), Down(2) to teleport and prevent the loss of a life. Drive to the helicopter landing pad where there is a partial health power-up. Lay three proximity mines on the front of the helicopter pad facing the ramp. Wait for someone to come off the ramp, and when they land they will be launched into the air. You can also do the same thing with remote mines. Another good technique for the helicopter pad involves Orbital. Launch onto it, then face the ramp you came off. Wait until someone is about to launch off, and if you can time it correctly, fire his special so that it will suck the car out of the air, freeze them, and send them plummeting to their death-- unable to do warp because they are frozen. Hint: Extra items in Oil Rig: You can blow up the helicopter. After doing so there will be numerous weapons around the landing pad. Note: This takes some time. Hint: Lightning bolt locations: Lightning bolts can be found in almost every level. Neon City Take the bus ride and it will drop you on another balcony. Break the balcony glass windows to reach a platform with some power-ups and a green jump. Road Rage Blow the wall away on the right of the building on the bottom of the steep hill to find various power-ups. The Bedroom Destroy the lamp while staying away from the walls and middle of the room. High ground is the safest place. Amazonia 3000 B.C. Jump the series of jumps to the teleport. There are many power-ups, including the lightning bolt, on that balcony. When detonating it, anything around that building will be zapped. Oil Rig Go through the teleporter on top of the red building that has the teleport inside of it. Minion's Maze Get all the way to the top in the middle to the white section to find a separate island. Use the jump to get over, and then grab it by using the thing that shoots you up. Detonate it from there to stay safe. The Carnival Go through the teleport next to the building, and use the ramp to get onto the tent (use turbos). The lightning bolt is all the way at the peak. It will zap everyone on the rollercoaster track. Try luring your opponents to that location, get off at the last moment, then detonate Auto Lob location: Go to the following locations to find an Auto Lob. Neon City Follow the train tracks to the top and find a ramp to go off of. Do a ramp and the Auto Lob will be in there. Road Rage Find a crack in the wall near the hill. There will be a crack to the left or right of it. Shoot the crack open and find Auto Lob and other weapons. The Bedroom Destroy the boxes marked "Gasoline" you and go inside. Travel through reaching a big area. The Auto Lob will be there in this area. Amazonia 3000 B.C. Go through a series of ramps to a teleport. Go through it and land on a tower. Go around the tower without falling and you should find an Auto Lob. The Oil Rig Go through the teleport on the red building to land above the drill and next to the Auto Lob. Minion's Maze Go to the center of the level and destroy the gates to go down into an underground area with an Auto Lob. The Carnival Go to the gate to the roller coaster. Turn right and follow that path to an Auto Lob. Hint: Extinguish Sweet Tooth's flame: Freezing Sweet Tooth will put out the flaming head on top of his car. Hint: Escape from Sweet Tooth's special attack: Do a Hyperspace (Up, Up, Down, Down) to escape Sweet Tooth's special attack. Hint: Refill health with Meter Maid: If you are low on health with Meter Maid, get out your Special Weapon. While you are striking someone, hold L2 and watch your health refill so you can get more energy. Hint: Flaming acid: Shooting a napalm or any fire weapon onto the green acid results in a wave of fire through the green liquid that will engulf everyone on it. Hint: See through walls: Get as close as possible and side by side to a wall to get a chance to see right through it. Hint: Neon City tracks: Staying to the left or right of the train in Neon City is safe. Being on the right track of the rollers coaster keeps you safe from the train. Hint: Using the crane: When in a level with a crane, enter it, pick someone, up and drop them in the fire where the three flames are seen. Do not let them hit the ground. Pick them up again and repeat until they explode. Hint: Pictures of the little clowns: Go to the Carnival level. Ride around until you see a small tent. Blow up the entrance. Go inside and shoot at various parts of the room. If you hit the correct location, a clown will appear. There are three clowns at front wall and one on both side walls. Hint: Extinguishing fires: Use the turbo when on fire to rid yourself of it. Glitch: Sweet Tooth hair: Use Sweet Tooth and go to Neon City. Use the bus, and when you are flying around, your hair will be floating about an inch to an inch and a half above your head. In player select mode, Sweet Tooth's fire hair is made of metal, but during game play, it is replaced with real fire.
