Maxed out E-Unit:
Successfully complete the game to unlock advanced mode. This mode allows you to select which mission to play, and you can go back through and grab essential datachips from the game stages.
To unlock Mercury, achieve a rank at or above a B in each level. This can best be done in advanced mode after successfully completing the game.
To unlock Benoit, achieve a rank at or above an A in each level. This can best be done in advanced mode after successfully completing the game.
To unlock the cat tank called the Neko Tank, achieve a rank of S in each level. This can be done in advanced mode after successfully completing the game.
Achieve an A rank in all levels to get a maxed out E-Unit in addition to Benoit in battle mode.
