Press Start to game play and press Right, Down, Right, Left, Right, Up, Right(2) to unlock all characters and levels in the game. A message will confirm correct code entry.

Unlock and select Tikiman. Do an X-up trick (Right, Circle) and Tikiman will grunt.
Start with any character (Tiki Man and the robot are recommended). Press L2 or R2 while on any track on one player circuit or one player practice mode. Tiki Man's sounds like a Hawaiian drum song, the robot sounds like a robot, and Chippie sounds like a monkey.
The following steps can be used to complete Sky Fortress 6 and unlock Norton. Norton is very tough but simple to achieve. To get this massive robot you need to complete the requirements towards getting into the Sky Fortress 6. The best way to complete it is to go on the right side throughout the whole course until you reach the edge of the other end. Before going to the end ramp, there is a grinding pole with wheels. Go that way, but it is not easy to do. Then, go up on the end ramp and then collect all the ones on the right side. Be sure to do tricks and combos -- without those, you will fail. When completing the area, you will unlock the best character in the game. When playing as Norton, you will note that he has most of the moves in the entire game.
