Select arrange mode. Highlight "Veteran" at the difficulty selection screen, then hold Right and press Circle.
Use the "Save Data" option to save the game ten times. An "Edit Mode" option will now be available.
Enter VVQ5K5H676FKUTT5K9 as a password to start at Level 93 with 1006 HP in original mode. Enter B4LIA201H04H9H0FG4 as a password to start at level 81 by going home and sleeping.
Complete the game in "Original" mode. Wait at the "War Is Over" screen until a hidden map appears, which is the first map in "Arrange" mode.
Press L1(2), L2(5), R1(2), R2(5) at the "Arrange" mode title screen. Start a game in "Story" mode, then enter the "Game Settings" screen to find additional options.
