In a Slugfest, fight as Rocky Marciano. Press Triangle + Circle and Rocky will appear to power up his gloves. His will be more powerful. Note: This effect will eventually wear off.
In a Slugfest, fight as Evander Holyfield. Press Triangle + Circle and he will beat his chest. This makes him invincible to most punches. Note: This effect will eventually wear off.
At the beginning of each fight, you can land four head butts at most. Your opponent will probably be bleeding -- if not, he will get knocked out a lot faster.
