Select "Credits" at the options screen then press L1, Triangle, Up, Down, Circle(2), Triangle, Square, Right, Square.

Select "Credits" at the options screen then press L1, Triangle, Up, Down, Circle(2), Triangle, Square, Down, R1.

Get the wire cutter from the wire box. Cut the wires as follows:
Pink button: Cut red and blue.
Green button: Cut blue and yellow.
Basically, cut every wire for each button, except the middle button. If you want to see what the patterns look like, exit the room and run around the corner. Then, run around it again. The color patterns should be there.
Select "Credits" at the options screen then press L1, Triangle, Up, Down, Circle(2), Triangle, Square, Up, Circle. All weapons for the current character and level will be unlocked.
