Enable the "Shortcut" option, then select training, arcade, or versus mode. Highlight Rikuo at the character selection screen, hold Select, then press any button. His Sonic Wave move will now be Down, Down/Forward, Forward + Punch and Poison Breath will be Down, Down/Forward, Forward + Kick.
Enable the "Shortcut" option, then select training, arcade, or versus mode. Highlight Victor at the character selection screen, hold Select, then press any button. His Giga Hammer move may now by used by pressing Down, Down/Forward, Forward + Punch, and it may be used as an ES move.
Make an original character and build a lot of levels. Eventually when you get to a level, an "Open EX Option" message will appear. Go to the options menu and press R1 to access the EX Options, which include "S.S. Gauge Modifier", "Endings" (if you completed the game), and "Change Story Line" selections. Note: You may have to make more than one character.
