Press Circle at the team selection screen for the Greats. Press Circle(2) at the team selection screen for the Super Bowl teams.
Go to create super player, then for the attributes press Right(2) to get the best player in the game.
Select a two-player cooperation (on the same team) game. Have player two select the fullback and hold Left or Right (depending on which way you want to go), then hold X + Right or Left. When the quarterback hikes the ball, he will pitch it to the fullback who was already halfway on the field. Note: This play only works on a fullback pitch in 5 wide.
