Unlimited Scrolls and Potions:
Use a fireball spell on a potion or scroll. Pick up the remnants. They will have the same effect as the original but can be used an infinite number of times.

Simply find an NPC who is willing to barter. Offer them a trade of 1 gold piece for all of their gold.
