After earning all of the offline achievements, you'll unlock new audio during the game's credits.
Beat the game on casual or hardcore difficulty to unlock insane difficulty.
If you manage to beat the game on insane difficulty, you get a special gamer pic with the red Gears logo behind Mr. Fenix.
Ok, if you go totally GoW crazy and complete the "Seriously..." achievement by killing 10,000 people in versus ranked matches, you can get another secret gamer pic. Your hands might fall off from playing so much, but it's a small price to pay, right?
When playing on Xbox Live, hide behind some cover. When you get the prompt to run out, press B and A at the same time. Your controller will vibrate if you've done it right, and you'll be running with your chainsaw out. Now run into some poor fool and shred him to instant bits.
