Recommended level-grinding monsters:
You don't necessarily have to kill a monster to get exp. from it. Simply cause a reasonable amount of damage to a monster, then when someone else kills it, you'll get some experience. While someone is killing the first monster, go beat up another one a bit and repeat.
If you're a level 15-19 warrior, head to Kerning City and complete Nella's quest to get level 20 warrior gloves and venom.
